Team Overview

You'll be joining the Commercial Enablement team at 99Food , a high-impact area that supports our national sales force with strategy, tools, and cultural drivers to maximize field performance.

As a Sales Engagement Specialist , you will be responsible for bringing energy and visibility to our sales campaigns and commercial events . Working alongside the Sales Engagement Manager, your focus will be to execute tactical engagement initiatives that drive motivation, results, and team connection, from monthly incentives and leaderboard updates to off-sites, local events, and major commercial moments.

This is a highly collaborative role, combining creativity, project coordination, and a deep connection with our sales culture.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support the design and own the execution of sales campaigns (monthly, quarterly, annual), including rules, communications, gamification, tracking and performance updates.
  • Help create and maintain live leaderboards, rankings and dashboards , in partnership with Ops and BI.
  • Manage the logistics and execution of sales events and experiences , including off-sites, team gatherings, incentive trips, happy hours and more.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to tailor activations to local context and maximize engagement and participation.
  • Produce and distribute visual and written communication assets (banners, emails, videos, stories) that elevate the sales experience and increase program visibility.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of each campaign or event through KPIs such as participation, satisfaction, and sales performance lift.
  • Support the execution of our National Sales Convention and other strategic moments.
Role Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, Internal Events, Incentive Programs or Commercial Ops .
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, able to move fast, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver with excellence.
  • A creative and energetic mindset, you love to think of ways to excite people and make them feel part of something bigger.
  • Experience with visual tools (Canva, Slides, basic video editors), and comfortable working with dashboards or trackers.
  • Excellent communication skills, you're clear, persuasive, and know how to speak to a sales audience.
  • Ability to work closely with sales leaders and field teams in different regions.
  • A passion for building engagement and recognition within high-performance cultures .
