As part of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for Pipefy. Your main activities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Participate in daily online meetings with clients (both Brazilian and global) who have signed up or been prospected by our team. The goal is to understand their needs, collaborate with our pre-sales contact, and demonstrate Pipefy, ensuring the client sees the value in our solution.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline, from opening opportunities and follow-ups to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Data Analysis: Use your analytical skills to improve results. This involves analyzing reports in Salesforce, understanding your sales funnel and conversion rate, and presenting your results in monthly meetings.
  • Team Contribution: Help the team and leaders improve the sales process to sustain the operation's growth. In a fast-paced environment, high-performing AEs actively contribute with insights and actions to optimize our sales processes and the company's overall performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with other departments (legal, finance, technical) to ensure communication with the client is smooth and assertive, helping negotiations move forward effectively.

Requirements

  • Customer First: Have a primary commitment to customer satisfaction, working to anticipate their needs (both internal and external).
  • Sales Mindset: A passion for converting opportunities into deals, with experience in tough negotiations and the ability to learn from successes and failures.
  • Communication Skills: Professional, respectful, and inclusive communication skills, whether you're an introvert or an extrovert.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive attitude and a willingness to take the lead to contribute to Pipefy's growth.
  • Organization and Analytics: Analytical ability to interpret data, be organized, and maintain a healthy routine. Agenda management and updating reports and data in Salesforce.com are essential.
  • Languages: Advanced English is desirable, and Spanish is a plus.
  • Professional Experience:
  • Previous experience working for a software or B2B SaaS company is important.
  • Knowledge of specific SaaS sales methodologies (such as Force Management, Winning by Design, Spin Selling, STC, or Challenger Sale) is a plus.
  • Experience with projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders is a plus.
  • Experience selling to the consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships with global clients through intercultural awareness is important.
  • Tools: Being an experienced user of sales tools is an advantage.
