- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
- Experience in leading high-trust, high-performance teams
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)
- Experience in a technology startup or similar high-change organization
- Familiarity with expense management stacks and data stewardship practices
- Demonstrated global leadership in Accounts Payable and Shared Services operations
