We also work with all branches of military services to enhance productivity with digital workflows. Position Profile: You will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects. You will cultivate new business to generate opportunities, including defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, and formulating potential solutions based on client requirements. You will engage with Directors and C-level contacts and drive the sales cycle in medium and enterprise organizations. A business plan is expected and should be updated to track growth and territory strategy. You will act as a liaison between Omni Business Solutions, partners and customers with a solid understanding of Digital Transformation and Modernization Enterprise Solutions and Services. Responsibilities Prospecting for new business and upgrading existing clients Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities Complete customer requirements analysis Identify pain points for prospects and accounts Communicate with technology partners Obtain and exceed assigned quota Prepare and update business plan Proficient understanding and utilization of sales reporting Manage territory and follow described fulfillment processes Ensure and submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service orders Provide product/services demonstrations and presentations online/on premise Oversee proper implementation and hand-off of client from sales to services Maintain industry and competitive knowledge Respond to opportunities and RFQ/P/I Attend and complete training requirements Required sales and technical knowledge across Cloud, Application Development, Digital Transformation, Telecommunications, Development, Productivity Solutions, BI, Digital Identity, Big Data, Data Storage, Data Center, Data Security, Data Center Migration, IT Infrastructure Modernization, Network Monitoring & Infrastructure Management, POS, Scanning & Barcoding, ERP, Global Support Services, Mobility, and more Qualifications Valid Passport Native and fluent English-speaking abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Minimum five years of experience in Technology Solutions Sales related to at least eight of our solutions and services Minimum five years of experience in managing an open territory to drive new sales Minimum five years of experience in senior leadership and C-Level relationship building Understanding of sales skills and techniques, complex solution selling, and ability to achieve high sales volumes Minimum four recent Sales/Technical Certifications in Business Development / Pre-Sales Ability to perform without direct supervision Professional, creative and dynamic presence with excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels Compensation & Benefits Commission Programs: Solutions, Services, Product, Renewal, and Professional Services Commissions Benefits Summary: Competitive program including health care, income protection, retirement security, personal interests and rewards Flexible plans: 401(k) options, Flexible Spending Account, Flexible Schedule, Health Savings Account, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Maternity/Paternity/Adoption leave, Tuition Reimbursement Employee Retention Programs No Politics, Performance Promotions, Bonuses, and Recognition Awards EEO Statement Omni Business Solutions is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
