Public Relations Analyst – Flutter Brazil We are a Brazilian company that loves the internet, sports, and everything that moves the digital entertainment industry forward. We are looking for a curious, organized, and highly connected professional to join our Communications team. Someone who understands how to build relationships, identify stories with impact, and turn daily conversations into meaningful brand visibility. Responsibilities Support the execution of PR strategies and communication plans for Betfair Brasil, Betnacional, and Flutter Brazil. Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, statements, Q&As, talking points, and narrative materials. Manage operational interfaces with PR agencies and other external partners, ensuring accurate briefings, deadlines, and deliverables. Build and maintain updated media lists, identifying key journalists, creators, and stakeholders relevant to our ecosystem. Support spokesperson preparation: gathering information, reviewing messages, and coordinating interview logistics. Track daily news, industry trends, and competitor movements to identify proactive PR opportunities. Monitor media coverage, assemble weekly and monthly reports, and analyze PR KPIs (share of voice, message pull-through, tier distribution). Assist in PR activations linked to sports sponsorships, partnerships, and brand campaigns. Collaborate with Social Media, Brand, Customer, and International Comms teams to ensure message alignment and cross-channel consistency. Support issue management processes, including monitoring, information gathering, and documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Social Communication, or related fields. Previous experience in PR, press office, communications, or agency environments (2–4 years). Strong writing, organization, and storytelling skills. Familiarity with media relations and understanding of the Brazilian press landscape. Interest in sports, entertainment, digital culture, or gaming ecosystems. Experience with media monitoring tools and basic PR measurement. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a global communications structure. Intermediate English. Experience with AI tools and workflow automation is a plus. Work Model Hybrid in São Paulo/SP with considerable flexibility. There is no set number of days for commuting to the offices.
