PR and Communication Assistant We're seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to support the communication strategy of our media brands. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn about public relations, media relations, and influencer marketing in a fast-paced digital environment. The key responsibilities include: Drafting and adapting press releases. Researching journalists, editors, and bloggers, and assisting with outreach. Tracking press coverage and organizing media lists. Monitoring industry trends and gathering insights to identify opportunities. Influencer and Talent Collaboration Identifying influencers, creators, or celebrities that align with our brands. Assisting with outreach and relationship-building with talent and agents. Supporting the preparation of campaign briefings and results tracking. Brand Messaging and Cross-Team Coordination Contributing to ensuring consistent brand messaging across communications. Collaborating with internal teams to align on priorities. Coordinating calendars and timelines for PR and influencer activities. Event Organization Assisting in the end-to-end organization of key events, from concept to execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event goals, logistics, and schedules. Developing and implementing strategies to maximize visibility before, during, and after each event. The Ideal Profile A recent graduate or student in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields. Excellent writing skills in English. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
