Lead and oversee the month-end close process and financial reporting for regional entities. Ensure compliance with local GAAP and IFRS, supporting audits and statutory requirements. Manage and review tax compliance, coordinating with external advisors. Supervise a small team of analysts and BPO partners, driving process improvements. Act as a business partner to LATAM leadership, providing insights for decision-making. Frequent travel within Latin America is required. Descrição Perfil desejável Fluency in Spanish and advanced English Knowledge of LATAM regulations, Argentinian GAAP and IFRS Degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent is a plus. 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting. Hands-on leadership, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Flexibility and availability to travel frequently across LATAM.
