What we have to offer

The Finance Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Senior Finance Manager in all finance matters, internal control, and accounting operations of the company. This role reports to the Senior Finance Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Manager on coordinating the day-to-day operations of the finance area.
  • Coordinate all aspects of financial statements reporting during monthly tight deadlines
  • Support the planning and forecasting cycle, with budget roll-forward analysis.
  • Monitor all insurance, tax, treasury, and inventory control-related matters.
  • Organize and support IRKO (accounting provider) in the payments and bank movements.
  • Processes, financial KPIs, and controls review and improvement.
  • Support internal audits and retail operation controls, coordinating with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with all appropriate accounting and government regulations.
  • Clearly communicates monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; monitors progress and changes while keeping senior management abreast of the company's financial status.
  • Produce monthly reports, including but not limited to KPI, financial results, and variance analysis assisting the Finance Manager.
  • Review, implement, and test Internal Controls requirements.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Profile / Qualifications

We want to speak to professionals with a bachelor’s degree in business or finance and over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Strong ethics, integrity, and credibility
  • Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and collaborate effectively across departments to meet mutual objectives.
  • Team player: ability to create and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Significant budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial/accounting experience.
  • Passion for process or system enhancements and operational excellence
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, client-service-oriented culture where multi-tasking and hands-on collaboration and communication are critical to success.
  • Proven working experience in a financial controller/finance business partner role.
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office.
