EL Product Marketing ManagerPosition MissionAre you passionate about technology, innovation, and product development? ABB is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Engineer to join the Electrification (EL) division. If you have experience with protection, substation control, and digitalization solutions—and are looking for a dynamic, collaborative role with high impact on business and customer experience—this opportunity is for you
Your ResponsibilitiesTechnically lead Junior and Mid-level Engineers and provide technical support to Marketing and Sales teams.
Act as the technical owner of the products, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and guidelines.
Monitor customer feedback and contribute to customer satisfaction through corrective actions with internal teams.
Share technical insights with teams and support commercial goal setting and market strategy.
Support the planning and execution of marketing materials and campaigns to boost business growth.
Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers to promote knowledge on ABB's products and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Control and Automation.
Experience with protection and control of power substations and digitalization.
Intermediate to advanced English, with good conversational skills.
Availability to travel across Brazil.
Spanish language skills are a strong plus.
Hybrid working model with proper infrastructure for both remote and on-site work.
Collaborative, multicultural, and results-oriented environment.
