Senior Product Development Leader

This position involves working as a senior product development engineer where you will be responsible for developing customer products from concept to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop customer product requirements and ensure proactive risk management.
- Meet customer specifications, cost targets, design-to-manufacture, and timing goals.
- Act as technical liaison between product development teams and customers.
- Supervise product testing and support flawless launches.
- Provide product engineering expertise during customer visits and audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable education.
- Strong experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of blow molding product design, including welding and assembly.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAE & Simulation, Materials & Components, GD&T, D/FMA, Quality & Process tools, and Problem Solving skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
