Senior Product Development Leader

Our organization seeks a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead product development in São Paulo. This individual will leverage experience in managing products and features, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Determine the need for new products and features, aligning them with internal, market, and customer demands.
- Establish and maintain the roadmap, incorporating inputs from internal and external stakeholders while adhering to the company strategy.
- Conduct regular discovery and continuous evolution of functionalities, products, and platform based on external and internal mapping.
- Develop concise user stories and epics, design user workflows, and map interaction data in user workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions about the product or feature clarification when inconsistencies arise during development.
- Thoroughly master requested features, avoiding conflicts with existing features or past requests.
- Engage in discussions with the engineering team regarding RESTful APIs, events, microservices, and cloud architecture.
- Perform SQL queries to extract information from databases without consulting the engineering team.
- Lead the delivery of products and features to ensure quality and requirement deliverables.
- Guarantee that all efforts are refined and planned to accommodate the priorities elected by the executive committee and the product evolution plan.
- Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders, making necessary trade-offs to achieve strategic company objectives while following the minimum friction philosophy.
- The candidate must be based in Brazil.
- Advanced English (speaking).
- Experience as a Product Manager.
- Background in the financial market.
- Knowledge in REST APIs (able to make requests through applications such as Postman).
- Experience with SQL queries.
- Experience in agile methodology.
- Understanding of Financial Math.
- Knowledge in Microservices and events architecture.
