We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong accounting background to join Harneys Fiduciary in São Paulo. This strategic, client-facing position is dedicated to developing the Accounting practice for Brazilian clients while collaborating closely with our Head of Accounting in Cyprus and the Director of the Brazil office. The role requires a professional with fluency or advanced in English and solid knowledge of BR GAAP and local Brazilian accounting matters. You will continue our work in servicing existing Brazilian clients while also bringing new ideas, developing projects, and driving revenue growth in the Accounting practice. Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with existing Brazilian clients, ensuring top-quality accounting services. Identify new opportunities to expand services and increase revenue in the Accounting practice. Present new ideas and solutions tailored to client needs. Provide expertise in BR GAAP and local Brazilian accounting requirements. Liaise with Cyprus Accounting team and other Harneys Fiduciary jurisdictions to deliver multi-jurisdictional solutions. Ensure services are delivered in line with compliance and risk management standards. Work with the Brazil Director and Cyprus Head of Accounting to design and implement growth strategies. Contribute to the development of new products and service offerings for the Brazilian market. Represent Harneys Fiduciary in meetings with clients, prospects, and at relevant industry events. Oversee client onboarding for accounting services, ensuring KYC and compliance requirements are met. Guarantee smooth, timely, and high-quality service delivery. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory). Relevant professional experience with BR GAAP and Brazilian accounting requirements. Previous exposure to international or cross-border structures is a plus. Skills & Knowledge Fluency or advanced in English (written and spoken); Portuguese native. Solid knowledge of accounting and compliance processes. Understanding of client relationship management and business development. Ability to coordinate across jurisdictions (Brazil, Cyprus, and others). Results-driven, proactive, and innovative thinker. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in global teams. Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to bring new ideas to market. This role reports directly to the Director – Brazil Office and functionally to the Head of Accounting – Cyprus, however, will also work in close partnership with the Accounting and Business Development teams globally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
