Job Opportunity:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales strategy in Brazil, identifying business growth opportunities and providing strategic advice to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for expansion
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet customer needs and exceed expectations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a focus on business development and market analysis
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and its trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
