Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Product Lead / Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and experience with media platforms including programmatic, social, search, and ad tech solutions. This role requires a highly committed, communicative, and organized professional with excellent relationship-building skills. As the Product Lead / Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service and expertise.
Responsibilities
Lead the definition of a product vision and communicate its narrative within the organization through short-term and long-term roadmapsWorking cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and local teams, to deliver high-quality digital products.Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Drive innovation through the identification of unmet industry needs and disruption opportunities in Martech/AdtechPartner with product marketing to bring product features to market, and inspire stakeholders and collaborators across the organization to design solutions users can no longer live withoutIdentify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success and quickly identify failuresSupporting the team leadership and contribute to higher-level strategic initiatives.Responsible for leading status meetings, including proactive optimization efforts, and leading all troubleshooting comms.Develop Training agenda MediaBrands’ teams around product strategy
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience working as a product manager in high performing, cross functional teams that have shipped global products at scaleKnowledge of media planning, activation processes and advertising analyticsManaging products through the full lifecycle: strategy, development, launch, optimization, sunsetPeople management experience, strong team motivational skills and ability to influence without authorityPresenting to C-levels, superior organizational and communication skills (written/oral)Experience working with Agile methodologiesStrategic and tactical thinking; identifying and prioritizing opportunities in strategic and tactical contexts.Working in a collaborative environment revising and iterating strategy and roadmapsHandling multiple complex projectsStrong technical skills, with familiarity on Media platforms and Ad tech tools
Desired Skills and Experience
Fluency in English or Spanish or commitment to learn quicklyExperience working on enterprise level brands with large budgets preferred
