Requirements
  • Experience supporting applications on Java, adhering to object-oriented design principles
  • Familiarity with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate
  • Experience with web development frameworks like Angular or React
Key Criteria
  • Comfortable coding in Java, debugging APIs, creating quality snippets, and scripting for debugging tools
  • Basic knowledge of UI and API integration
  • Presentable and empathetic communicator capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders confidently
  • Willing to support and automate resolution of support issues
  • Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve support issues with external clients and internal teams, serving as a point of escalation
  • Mentor junior team members to ensure issue resolution success
  • Develop and improve the SRE strategy for platform scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues collaboratively
  • Work closely with engineering teams to resolve client issues
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
  • Continuously refine processes to increase system reliability
  • Suggest improvements for client experience and analytics roadmap
  • Create documentation, runbooks, and code snippets for clients and teams
