Requirements Experience supporting applications on Java, adhering to object-oriented design principles Familiarity with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate Experience with web development frameworks like Angular or React Key Criteria Comfortable coding in Java, debugging APIs, creating quality snippets, and scripting for debugging tools Basic knowledge of UI and API integration Presentable and empathetic communicator capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders confidently Willing to support and automate resolution of support issues Proficiency in English Responsibilities Investigate and resolve support issues with external clients and internal teams, serving as a point of escalation Mentor junior team members to ensure issue resolution success Develop and improve the SRE strategy for platform scalability, reliability, and performance Automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks Troubleshoot complex technical issues collaboratively Work closely with engineering teams to resolve client issues Participate in on-call rotations and incident response Continuously refine processes to increase system reliability Suggest improvements for client experience and analytics roadmap Create documentation, runbooks, and code snippets for clients and teams Benefits Brazilian legal benefits Paid vacation days Meal allowance Health and life insurance This is a remote position, based in Brazil Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Engineering and IT Industries: IT Services and Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
