- PLEASE SUBMIT ENGLISH CV About AE: Launched in 2010, AliExpress is a global marketplace targeting consumers around the world and enabling them to buy directly from manufacturers and distributors in China and around the world. In addition to the global English-language version, the AliExpress platform is also available in 17 other languages, including Portuguese, Spanish, and French. The top consumer markets where AliExpress is popular are the United States, Brazil, France, and Spain. 1. Market insights: have an in-depth understanding of the Brazil market of multi-industries, well-master market research methodology, including market size, trends, and competition dynamics, can identify industry and consumer pain points and needs, and output well-organized and structured reports 2. Category planning: based on market insights to derive AE category planning, including category and product features to promote, front page matching, promotion, etc, formulating industry plans and development direction. 3. Seller risk management: set and optimize seller rules and processes with the regulation team, and responsible for the control and management of BR local seller registration and incubation 4. Platform optimization: Cross-team collaboration, continuous improvement, and enhancement of platform efficiency and consumer experience through product development and operation landing.
**Position Requirement**
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commodity, or a related field, past experience in consulting firms or in-house category planning is a plus 2. Fluent in English and Portuguese 3. Willingness to work in start-up mode, ability to operate in a highly ambiguous business environment 4. self-driven, result oriented, and creative.
