Regional Engagement Coordinator

As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for leading our engagement initiatives and developing strong relationships with local organizations. Your primary goal will be to foster a positive brand image and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key external organizations, including shopping centers, local businesses, and community groups.
  • Design and execute diverse portfolios of regional events, activations, and promotional projects.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms and maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in event management, community relations, and/or partnership development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and project execution.
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail industry.
  • Familiarity with the regional market landscape.
  • Experience presenting to large groups or external partners.
