
Senior Sales Manager Fintech Earned Wage Access

- Identify business issues and opportunities to target sales prospects effectively
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to meet financial goals
- Maintain periodic updates on the sales process, demonstrating qualification, negotiation, and closure of sales
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access sector within fintech
- Proven experience selling to "C" level executives across various industries including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
