Data Analyst Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Performance Marketing group. This role will focus on building impactful datasets using 1st and 3rd party platforms to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills working with data technologies and ability to understand the business impact of data. Support paid marketing initiatives as a specialist in data-driven decision making Analyze marketing event data to propose platform improvements and enhance data management capabilities Build data-sharing pipelines and integrations using SQL, Python, Apache Spark, and Hive Identify and optimize data sources while auditing data quality to improve campaign performance metrics Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing tech, data analytics, technical solutions or related fields Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or similar technical disciplines Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with SQL, Excel, Python, Hive, Spark etc.
