Technical Representative - H160 (Based in Rio de Janeiro) Helibras Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Job Description Responsibilities Assist the customer in ensuring reliable and cost-effective operations. Advise the customer's technical staff on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair work, procedures for maintenance programs and ground support equipment, and implementation of modifications. Conduct field missions according to customer needs. On-site replacement of defective components. Manage maintenance and/or repairs. Implement upgrades. Provide advice to the local operator to enable daily improvements and increased performance. Support for equipment supplied to the customer, maintenance plans. Requirements Complete technical education in MMA or Engineering degree. Solid experience with Airbus Helicopters products (H125, H130, H135, H145, H160, H175). Experience/training with the H160 will be a plus. CHT in CEL and active GMP. Proficiency in Portuguese (verbal, written, and reading). Advanced English is essential (will be assessed in the interview). Good communication skills, ease in dealing with customers, proactivity, ability to analyze and solve problems/conflicts, and convey knowledge.
