**As a Sales Customer Representative** **you will be responsible for provide planning, implementation and follow-up services to our customers. You will partner with our global Service Delivery team to plan, guide, troubleshoot and resolve problems. You will ensure the flawless execution of drilling tools and products to our customers.**:
As a Sales Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating to implement area specific product strategies and best practices.
- Providing technical guidance and presentations to customers relating to product performance and new technologies.
- Investigating unusual or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventative actions.
- Performing customer technical presentations. Provides technical consultation to customers on product / performance issues.
- Help introduce and support Sales team with solutions to the clients.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance to BHGE HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and BHGE Culture Pillars.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Desired have bachelor’s or Technical Degree, oilfield industry previous experience.
- Desired intermediate English
- Desired experience in operation, sales or account management or similar client-facing role will be an advantage.
- Have thorough understanding CH/OH operations. (Poço revestido e poço aberto)
- Be initiative driven, problem solver should be willing to increase their knowledge base in Digital Slickline and Wireline within the oilfield industry.
- Have proficient use of computer based programs such as MS Office
- Demonstrate ability to work and communicate with all levels of management in a team-oriented environment
