Docplanner builds a world-leading online practice management software for the healthcare sector in the SaaS model. **We help 130,000 doctors **and clinics digitize their practices and deliver exceptional patient experience** in over 13 countries**. We also run marketplace websites that allow **80 million patients** monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment.**Our mission is to “make the healthcare experience more human”.**Docplanner was founded in 2012 in Poland. Our team today numbers over 2,200 people based in offices in 7 countries: Poland, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Mexico and Brazil.We are backed by awesome and leading venture capital funds including Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management and One Peak Partners from whom we’ve raised a total of €300 million to date.We’re looking for the Head of Finance to join us in this super ambitous mission.**What will you do**:- Together with the Country Manager, define and implement the local Finance strategy to grow and win Brazilian and Chilean market;- Own financial, accounting, administrative, tax and legal operations in Brazil;- Hire, lead and develop the Finance team on a daily basis, ensuring achievement of targets and deadlines, while having some fun;- Ensure accurate managerial reporting to global CFO;- Manage costs and cash position of the company;- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business cases to support management decisions;- Work closely with company accountants, lawyers and other advisors;- Manage external audits and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (big four companies);- Control and lead our external stakeholders including banks, tax advisors, external auditors, service providers and consultants- Review payrolls together with the HR team- Multi-tasking, in general - we are hands-on and there is a lot we don’t know yet :)**Requirements**:**If you**:- Have a degree in Accounting, Finance or related areas;- Have 5+ years of relevant experience (finance, accounting, etc.);- Have experience in running a finance unit of a local operation;- Familiar with all finance functional areas, including budgeting, reporting, controlling, accounting and tax;- Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills;- Know how to prepare and analyze financial reports and projections;- Excellent multitasking skills, hands-on approach, dynamic, motivated and detail-oriented;- Always think about optimizing everything - even the wheel :);- Agree that change is the only constant;- Have advanced English level (written and verbal);**... then you might be just the one we are looking for****Benefits**- Salário fixo alinhado com valores praticados em posições similares no mercado- Vale-Refeição de R$27,00por dia trabalhado- Vale-Transporte (suspenso devido a pandemia - estamos todos de home office)- Assistência Médica (com co-participação de 30%)- Assistência Odontológica- Seguro de Vida em Grupo- Gympass- Aula de Yoga (agora on-line)- Stock Options após 6 meses de casa (5 anos de carência)- Banco de horas- Clube de Parcerias com convênios e descontos- Empréstimo Consignado na folha de pagamento- Programa de indicação de novos guerreiros (Pagamentos de até R$600)- Horário de trabalho: de segunda à sexta, dás 9h às 18h- No momento devido a pandemia do COVID-19 estamos todos trabalhando remotoAlém de:- Ambiente Startup de trabalho- Participar de uma empresa internacional em estágio inicial no Brasil- Grandes possibilidade reais de crescimento profissional
