Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes. Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for the CEO. Draft reports, presentations, and business documents as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders. Follow up on key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met. Support the CEO with personal tasks when required. Assist in strategic projects, research, and data compilation. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience of 1 year as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership. Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required. Preferred Experience in Real Estate. Fluency in English + Spanish, and Portuguese.
