**Key Responsibilities**- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for the CEO.- Draft reports, presentations, and business documents as needed.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.- Follow up on key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.- Support the CEO with personal tasks when required.- Assist in strategic projects, research, and data compilation.**Requirements**:**Education & Experience**- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.- Proven experience of 1 year as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.**Skills & Competencies**- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required.**Preferred**- Experience in Real Estate.- Fluency in English + Spanish, and Portuguese.Pay: R$2,000.00 - R$2,500.00 per month**Language**:- Spanish (required)- Portuguese (required)**Location**:- São Paulo, SP (required)
