Personal Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for the CEO.
- Draft reports, presentations, and business documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Follow up on key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support the CEO with personal tasks when required.
- Assist in strategic projects, research, and data compilation.
**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience of 1 year as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required.
**Preferred**
- Experience in Real Estate.
- Fluency in English + Spanish, and Portuguese.
Pay: R$2,000.00 - R$2,500.00 per month
