**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to executives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and clients, ensuring clear communication in both Portuguese and English.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for business meetings.
- Negotiate and coordinate business deals on behalf of the executive.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business and personal trips.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting executives.
- Strong knowledge of business etiquette and experience handling business negotiations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing international business deals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Familiarity with executive-level decision-making processes.
