Missão do cargo
  • Papel estratégico no suporte à governança funcional, garantindo a atualização de informações sobre projetos e o status das demandas. Além disso, atuará na implantação de iniciativas e no planejamento da área, contribuindo para a otimização de processos e a revisão de procedimentos que aprimorem a experiência dos colaboradores no dia a dia.
Principais atividades
  • Gestão de projetos: Organização e monitoramento do andamento de múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.
  • Melhoria de processos internos: Identificação de oportunidades e sugestão de melhorias para aumentar a eficiência da área.
  • Comunicação entre equipes: Facilitação do fluxo de informações entre negócios e tecnologia, assegurando que os projetos sigam a direção correta.
  • Desenvolvimento da experiência do usuário: Foco em soluções que aprimorem a interação e satisfação dos colaboradores.
Formação acadêmica
  • Cursando ensino superior em Administração, Tecnologia, Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão financeira e áreas correlatas.
Requisitos
  • Inglês avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação) - diferencial
  • Conhecimento em pacote Office
  • Boa comunicação escrita e oratória
