Technical Support Professional We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Professional to drive resolution of customer issues and maintain happy and satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities: Act as a customer advocate, drive issue resolution, and maintain customer satisfaction. Follow established service level agreements (SLAs) and the client's customer support process. Triage support requests by conducting a first-level investigation of technical product issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. University degree with a major in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 2 years of customer support experience for a commercial software product.
