
Sales Manager Brands

Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office two to three days a week and remotely for the rest.
**What You Will Do**
- Acquire and negotiate deals with new advertisers by building commercial relationships with brand agencies and direct clients
- Grow our advertiser portfolio in Latin America both strategically and operationally with a primary focus on the Brazilian market
- Educate brands and agencies about programmatic advertising technologies and solutions offered by Verve Group in Latin America and worldwide
- Build strong sales pipelines for all product lines such as desktop and mobile branding, performance for user acquisition and retargeting, DOOH, and CTV
- Support event and trade fair preparations and participate in selected events to represent Verve Group locally
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth
- Work closely with internal teams: Account Managers, Ad Operations, Legal, and Finance to guarantee excellence in the delivery
- Influence decisions through product and sales analysis
**What You Will Bring**
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in Media Sales, preferably in the branding Ad Tech/Programmatic/Mobile Industry
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills, a relevant network of brand agencies
- Bachelor degree in Marketing / Advertising / Business or similar from a top university
- Willingness and ability to take full ownership of potential customer needs/ requirements.
- Exceptionally motivated and organized, looking to strive in a dynamic fast-growing company in all continents
- Team player with the ability to work independently to build own sales strategies
- Established network with direct clients and advertising agencies is a plus
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
