This role is key to connecting our teams, clients, and stakeholders through a coherent, inclusive, and impact-oriented narrative.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the regional communications strategy (internal and external).Act as a strategic advisor for regional leaders on communication matters.Oversee multi-channel communication campaigns, including digital media, PR, and events.Ensure brand and tone consistency across all touchpointManage crisis and sensitive communications with an ethical and timely approach.Measure the impact of communication initiatives and propose continuous improvements.Lead the internal & external regional communications team.Desired Profile+8 years of experience in corporate communications, ideally in multinational companies.Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in communicationsBachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.Exceptional writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Experience leading teams and projects in multicultural environments.Proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and highly adaptable.Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.Deep knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
