Job Role: Latin America Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the South America sales team in commercial proposal preparation, management of requests for proposals through customer portals, and management of purchase orders received from purchase order processing to delivery of products/services to end customers.
  • Interface with various areas of the company, including Project Engineering/R&D/Field Engineering/Finance, both in Brazil and offices around the world.
  • Conduct technical analysis of company's installed base of customers in Latin America to prepare technical and commercial proposals related to life cycle management of existing control systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced English proficiency (some tasks will be 100% in English).
  • Spanish language proficiency (desirable).
  • Analytical profile.
  • Commercial profile.
  • Multidisciplinary profile.
  • Good University CR (must provide Academic Record along with CV).
