Role Overview As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the implementation and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM, ensuring proper usage by the sales team. You will administer users and permissions, map and document sales processes and commercial funnels, build reports and dashboards, and support the sales team in using tools, automations, and basic CRM flows. You will contribute to the organization and updates of the lead and client database, develop simple automations and commercial workflows. Responsibilities Implement and maintain the Salesforce CRM. Administer users and permissions following governance and best practices. Map and document sales processes and commercial funnels. Build reports and dashboards for key performance indicators. Support the sales team in tool usage, automations, and basic CRM flows. Organize and update the lead and client database, ensuring data quality. Develop simple automations and commercial workflows under guidance. Qualifications Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related functions. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or HubSpot. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar). Organized, analytical reasoning, and continuous learning disposition. Strong communication and willingness to support the commercial team in operational routines. Preferred Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Experience in B2B consultative sales, education, technology, or related sectors. Marketing digital knowledge and sales funnel metrics. Benefits Medical and Dental Benefits (Bradesco Saúde).
