**What you'll do**:
We are looking for an experienced User Assistance developer to work on a new and exciting cloud offering.
**The Role**:
- Research, map, and validate user journeys for our products with an emphasis of how language can increase adoption and improve onboarding.
- Create help documentation (embedded help, multi-media, and documentation) targeted at various user profiles.
- Write UI texts and other UX copy to enhance the usability of our products in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Create or participate in creation of video tutorials to guide our users through the apps (script writing, screen recording, video editing) that match our video guidelines.
- Define terminology (simple, consistent, and conforms to industry standards).
- Adhere to standards and guidelines to deliver high quality user assistance.
- Participate in initiatives to improve tools, processes, and content.
- Act as an advocate for an excellent user experience.
**What you bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, UX Design, Computer Science, or any other related experience
- Substantial experience in information development, technical writing, or content development
- Ideally first-language proficiency in English, or excellent written and spoken skills in English
- Experience in technical writing
- The ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner
- Outstanding communication, writing, and grammar skills
- The ability to work within tight deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality
- Flexibility and a readiness to communicate with other team members and to participate in knowledge transfers
- Excellent organizational skills
