Atividades: This professional will play a strategic role in financial planning, performance monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting, delivering analyses that will support business decision-making across all levels of the organization. We are looking for a candidate with solid corporate finance experience, strong technical expertise, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a drive to contribute directly to business results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support short- and long-term financial projections.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to drive revenue and margin planning and execution.
  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts/budgets, transforming complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights.
  • Conduct in-depth profitability, cost, operational performance, and key financial metrics analyses.
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations, ensuring clarity, objectivity, and strong visual impact.
  • Act as a business partner to various departments, providing analytical support and financial recommendations to optimize performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A processes, including automation, advanced analytics, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in financial operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance is a strong plus.
  • Solid experience in FP&A, financial planning, controlling, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (FI and CO modules); experience with SAP BPC or S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, dynamic analysis) and strong PowerPoint capabilities for preparing high-level executive presentations.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to operate in a global business environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize and communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools applied to finance, with a focus on innovation and process optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work across different hierarchical levels with a strong results orientation.
