Job Title: Marketing Project Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to lead our marketing projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Client Collaboration & Project Oversight: Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and expectations. Translate these goals into clear tasks for the team, ensuring smooth project execution. Regularly meet with clients to review deliverables, adjust timelines, and maintain strong relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings. Organize internal kick-off meetings, assign tasks, and ensure that everything stays on schedule and within scope. Provide clear direction and thoughtful feedback to internal teams to ensure work meets or exceeds client expectations. Ensure all project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and Teamwork boards are up to date. Communication & Task Management: Manage meetings with clients, ensuring clear action plans and next steps. Review and approve final deliverables before submission, making sure they meet client goals and expectations. Use tools like Jiminny to document meetings, share important notes, and ensure all action items are tracked. Keep all teams aligned through regular check-ins and updates, making sure deadlines are met and no tasks fall through the cracks. Resource Planning & Problem Solving: Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring each one is progressing smoothly, with no delays or miscommunication. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, whether they relate to resources, deadlines, or client feedback. Proactively anticipate problems and find creative solutions to keep projects on track. Strategic & Process-Oriented Thinking: Help shape the big-picture marketing strategy with senior management. Continuously look for ways to improve internal workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistent delivery. Build strong, positive relationships both within the team and with clients, helping to drive long-term success.
