Sweden needs skilled engineers About 30 000 of them by 2030 to be precise, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?

Responsibilities
  • As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
  • Inform candidates about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden to plan and execute recruitment and relocation tasks.
  • Coordinate relocation logistics with the Swedish delivery management team, including visa, work permits, housing, tickets, and related arrangements.
  • Collaborate with clients primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Work with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam to support engineers and their families’ relocation and career development.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Durable and persistent, with the capacity to take a no as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration

Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.

Location

You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.

Economy

Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays, with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
