OverviewExperienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT IndustryJoin to apply for the Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope.ResponsibilitiesAs a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
Work with clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Collaborate with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.QualificationsRequired competence: at least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment, or similar technical experience.A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset toward finding the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of current IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close a recruitment request.Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.Resilient and persistent, capable of taking a 'no' and continuing efforts.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.DetailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP.Full time.Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; Minimum 12 months.Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.Location: Work from home or a co-location center of your choice.Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.Free national holidays, with maintained payment.20 paid vacation days.Paid travels, housing, and per diem.How to applyPlease send your English CV to: ******.
