We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Development Manager.
This role involves building strategic business relationships with software company decision makers to identify and qualify M&A opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles, with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Work closely with leadership to qualify opportunities and allocate leads within portfolio verticals
- Qualify opportunities at the top-end of the acquisition funnel and develop effective strategies for growth
- Ensure accurate lead database allocation and management
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours
- Extraordinary work ethic and proactive attitude
- Occasional in-person travel required for business development
