Corporate Development Manager Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Corporate Development Manager.

This role involves building strategic business relationships with software company decision makers to identify and qualify M&A opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles, with advanced verbal and written communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Work closely with leadership to qualify opportunities and allocate leads within portfolio verticals
  • Qualify opportunities at the top-end of the acquisition funnel and develop effective strategies for growth
  • Ensure accurate lead database allocation and management

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours
  • Extraordinary work ethic and proactive attitude
  • Occasional in-person travel required for business development
