About the Job We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operational ecosystem for a global airport hospitality company. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality guest experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth in the São Paulo airport system. The General Manager of Operations will be accountable for: Overseeing daily operations across the company's portfolio, including partner lounges; Developing, implementing, and continuously improving operational policies and procedures to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency; Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring full adherence to company policies, including labor laws, health & safety, and airports standards; Collaborating with other departments to guarantee integrated operations and outstanding guest satisfaction; Driving customer engagement and Net Promoter Score (NPS) across all customer touch points. In addition, the ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, real estate, or a related field; Fluency in Portuguese and English, with Spanish being a plus; 10+ years of experience in senior management, preferably in hotels, airport operations, and hospitality; A proven track record of managing multi-service operations within airports or similar industries; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen skills; Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
