About the Job We are seeking a seasoned Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of our airport services in São Paulo. This is a key leadership role that requires a deep understanding of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-service operations within airports or similar industries. They will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures tailored to our company's needs, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement. A successful Operations Leader will possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen skills. They will also demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy when working with colleagues, partners, and clients. This role involves frequent travel within the region, so candidates must be willing to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, real estate, or related field (MBA is plus) Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus 10+ years of experience in senior management, experience in hotels, airport operations & hospitality is an advantage Past experience in managing multiple service operations within airports or similar industries is preferred Proven ability to build long-term partnerships with clients Strong understanding of airport infrastructure and regulatory environments in Central & South America is a plus Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence & empathy Willingness to travel frequently within the region
