Khantech is an IT startup dedicated to redefining the iGaming experience with cutting-edge technology and creative solutions. We are a team of Engineers, Designers, and gaming enthusiasts working remotely within Europe and Asia or in-house in our UAE/Dubai premises.
**About the product**:
**Job Overview**:
As a Business Analyst within the iGaming industry, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between data, product development, and business strategy. You'll gather, analyze, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations that drive player engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support data-driven decision-making across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Analyze player behavior, game performance, acquisition funnels, retention, and monetization metrics.
- Generate reports and dashboards that provide insights on KPIs such as LTV, churn rate, ARPU, conversion rates, and bonus ROI.
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- ** Business Requirements Gathering**
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to gather and define business requirements.
- Assist in the development of new features, promotions, and products based on data insights and user trends.
- Write functional specifications and support documentation.
- ** Performance Optimization**
- Identify areas of improvement across product, UX, CRM, and marketing campaigns.
- Recommend optimizations to improve customer journeys, player engagement, and revenue performance.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze test outcomes.
**Key requirements**:
- Experience in basic programming (SQL, Excel, Python, etc.)
- Experience in the iGaming/Betting industry is a must-have
- Experience with crypto casino is nice to have
