About You and this Role

Liferay is looking for an Associate Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. We're seeking a detail-oriented Associate Analyst to provide essential operational support, contributing directly to our revenue goals, and supporting our North America sales success. As an Associate Revenue Operations Analyst at Liferay, you will report directly to the Revenue Operations Manager in Recife, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal partners to improve the productivity of the Sales team. You will be working with smart and driven individuals focused on delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and data-driven, with strong communication skills and a critical view of our internal processes to provide and implement improvements. Key Objectives

• Support the development and strategies of sales operations;
• Provide access, training and support for all CRM users, as well as document and disseminate good practices for using and updating data.
• Deal with registration of suppliers and customers;
• Manage sales data within our CRM;
• Pass on global changes related to sales processes to the Local team.
• Understand priorities and execute operational plans;
• Optimize sales and operations efficiency through innovative thinking;
• Improve systems and processes, sharing good practices;
• Develop analytical sales reports to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Candidate or Degree in Business Administration or related fields;
• Domain in tools such as Excel and Google Sheets (Macros, PivotTable..)
• Excellent communicative ability;
• Organization;
• Collaboration;
• Analytical Thinking;
• Excellent quantitative skills;
• Advanced or Fluent English. Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations;
• Knowledge in CRM tools, like SalesForce.
• Knowledge in BI tools, like Tableau.
