In This Role You Will Be Able To
  • Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world.
  • Play a key role for the enterprise supply chain and finance operations in Latin America.
Responsibilities
  • Perform complex research and analysis and ensure compliance with established financial principles.
  • Manage professional and support level employees within Finance disciplines such as controlling, accounting, taxation, credit, audit, treasury, etc.
  • Handle non-routine and difficult inquiries (rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investment) or address the most complex and multi-faceted issues within one or more financial areas.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Finance functional disciplines and provide guidance to leadership.
  • Lead project teams without direct people management responsibility.
The Impact You Will Make In This Role
  • Provide financial counseling to commercial and marketing organizations focused on CBT segments and Verticals in Mexico, LATAM FCS.
  • Provide financial analysis for all COGS details (productivity, spend, volume, inventory penalties, etc.) for LATAM TEBG, coordinating with Plant Finance and the E&SC LATAM leader and aligning with Business Finance to understand price, mix, and volume impacts on Std Gross Margin.
  • Analyze current and future E&SC and Business situations to assess financial viability and identify risks and red flags.
  • Create synergies and efficiencies in a high-performance Business Finance team.
  • Execute pricing strategies across the division and sub-region to optimize margins and maintain price competitiveness.
  • Improve sales effectiveness by leading the estimate process in a detailed and simplified manner.
  • GM analysis and ownership.
  • Analyze and approve commercial BIDs and negotiations to drive effective decisions and policy compliance.
  • OP/QOR/MRE/Estimates execution for LATAM TEBG COGOS and monthly R&O (risks and opportunities) estimates; SG&A analysis across Direct (headcounts), Indirect, fixed, and variable costs and their relation to sales.
  • Manage cash flow through Inventory (DIO) and Accounts Receivable (DSO) metrics.
  • Prepare business review presentations for Top leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering or related majors.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • 10+ years of total work experience, with at least 5 years in finance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Knowledge in at least one of these industries: Industrial, Transportation or Electronics.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
  • Experience leading with strict deadlines and driving growth with business directors and partnerships.
  • Strong P&L knowledge to provide financial guidance to business and manufacturing leaders.
  • Proactive and team-oriented work style.
Work Location
  • On-site: role requires working at least four days a week at the office.
