3M has a long-standing reputation as a company committed to innovation.We provide the freedom to explore and encourage curiosity and creativity.We gain new insight from diverse thinking, and take risks on new ideas.Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the worldAs LATAM Area Portfolio Manager you will play a key role to execute the Global portfolio strategy and vertical marketing plans adapted for the area, including programs and activation, gathering insights and customer knowledge for the Display and Electronics Product Platform business.In this role you will be able to interact with global portfolio leaders and vertical managers, also with country activation marketers, sales and other strategic areas of the company global and regionally in Latin America.The impact you will make in this roleExecutes Global portfolio strategy adapted for areaManages area DEPP PortfolioSet Area Price CorridorContinuous support and guidance to regions for NPI executionExecute the Global Brand & Digital StrategyPortfolio marketing plans, programs and activation, this includes insights and customer knowledge and needsOutcomes for vertical growth and follow-up on market trendsCollaborate with sales to drive SFDC pipeline executionDriving a culture of accountability and our new Performance Culture BehaviorsYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering or other correlated areasPrevious experience with Strategic Marketing, Sales and Business LeadershipExperience in Business P&L Management (Sales, GM and COGS)Advanced English and Spanish are requiredAvailable to work in Latin AmericaAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience working with multi-cultural teams for different countries from Latin AmericaExperience in Electronics Industries is desirableIntermediate Portuguese is desirableWork location:Work location: This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office.Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.To ensure competitive pay and benefits, 3M regularly benchmarks with other companies that are comparable in size and scope.
