Business Development Lead About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Lead to join our team. As a rapidly growing organization, we need talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our objectives. Key Responsibilities: Proactively establish and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and brands. Focus on product categories to increase overall value, aligned with business needs. Support suppliers in establishing themselves on the platform and their growth. Provide guidance on developing comprehensive plans, including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies. Develop innovative ideas based on current market trends, as well as create and implement projects through resource integration and supplier guidance. Analyze industry reports, explore customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly based on market trends. Requirements: 5+ years of operational experience, including brand management or platform operations. Strong connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks. Data analysis skills to analyze industry trends and project management through data, and summarize conclusions. Market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities to guide overall merchant marketing plans. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, ability to think strategically, and adapt quickly to changes. Able to work under pressure and manage logistics during high-demand periods.
