We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the WMA streams perform effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. We work hybrid model. Your expertise 10+ years of experience working as a business manager or in a role which required the above expertise; a university degree or equivalent with a financial or technical background or equivalent certification very organized and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously across functions, businesses, and time zones; excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient experience in driving productivity and operational efficiency using AI tools and automation technologies natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set strong problem-solving skills (being able to adapt and find innovative solutions to challenges) a proactive and independent work style, good organizational and time-management skills available for traveling abroad sporadically fluent in Portuguese and English #LI-Hybrid About us UBS is a leading and truly global wealth manager and the leading universal bank in Switzerland.
