Business Development Executive Asia Latam Job Description An Asia‑Latam business development role involves developing and executing strategy for trade routes, managing carrier relationships and negotiating rates and allocations, overseeing volume and pricing, analyzing market trends, and leading a team to achieve profit and volume targets for the trade lane. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute trade lane strategy and volume targets. Manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates and allocations. Oversee volume and pricing and analyze market trends. Ensure compliance with company policy and coordinate with sales and product teams. Drive business development for the trade lane and support portfolio expansion. Qualifications Experience in a commercial role within logistics, with deep knowledge of the Asia‑Latam trade lane. Strong knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding, containerized cargo, and bulk liquid. Excellent customer and colleague service delivery worldwide. Ability to identify commercial opportunities and translate them into wins. PC literate with strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English. Willingness to work in a growing business and manage stress.
