  • Realizar as análises de pedidos de ressarcimento evitando assim que ressarcimentos sejam pagos indevidamente, atender as solicitações dos clientes internos e identificar possíveis melhorias ou medidas necessárias para evitar custos e/ou eliminar riscos.
  • Negociar com os requerentes e as partes responsáveis, com o objetivo de diminuir as perdas, definir acordos e proteger os interesses do grupo. 
  • Buscar as documentações e evidências junto aos terminais e outras áreas da empresa para que as análises dos pedidos de ressarcimentos possam ser realizadas.
  • Manter as ferramentas utilizadas pelo departamento (sistemas e planilhas) devidamente atualizadas.
  • Providenciar os pagamentos sob responsabilidade da área, tais como ressarcimentos, seviços de vistorias, custas judiciais, honorários advocatícios, premios de seguros, e outros.
  • Agendar as vistorias de cargas e avaliar os relatórios a serem preparados pelos vistoriadores.
  • Atender as demandas feitas por outras áreas ou escritórios do grupo localizados em outras áreas, relativas às atividades sob responsabilidade do departamento.
