**What will you work on**:
The purpose of this role is to work as a business partner, to provide executive reports and financial analysis and visibility. Also, this position will be required to provide continuous added value to stakeholders to achieve aggressive productivity targets set up by the business as well as to provide support for investment execution to secure delivery of business capabilities. Key responsibilities include:
**Forecasting and Planning / Management Accounting (Baseline, Productivity and Investment)**:
a) Suport all finance decisions and visibility to the Sr IT Director and the IT team. Manage the closely work with individual budget owners to develop, analyze, and own their financials to ensure forecast accuracy and meet business objectives.
b) Manage all preparation of the PBF Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly Forecast. Understand and align all LatAm/Global requirements to cascade locally as a central planner for any communication, alignment requests and concerns:
- Budget variance
- Financial targets (Taks monitoring and alignment)
- Actuals tracking
- Purchase Orders, Telecom and Travel expenses
c) Lead the Forecast and LE process monthly for IT Brazil, working with budget owners to develop their bottom-up Forecast/AOP, and aligning the overall roll up with LATAM IT Finance Lead/team. Constant communication and alignment with budget owners to develop, analyze and own their financials to secure forecast accuracy, mitigate financial risks and meet business objectives.
e) Lead and provide support to secure one set of numbers within Hyperion and SAP. Ensure timely and accurate analysis of monthly actuals vs. forecast/plan, and own delivery of monthly rolling Forecast/outlooks through close monitoring of budget performance with focus on forecast accuracy and mitigate surprises.
**Accounting/Actuals**:
a) Work with PepsiCo Brasil Foods (PBF) accounting financial team to manage the close process to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information in the systems.
b) Review the PBF monthly accruals with the Analyst, and ensure the required documentation are still appropriate
c) Own the delivery of financial results through structured joint-effort and business partnering with assigned Local Functions and key LATAM stakeholders
d) Participate on PBF pre-close and closing meetings with controls and local FP&A teams every month
**Productivity and Investment Planning/Forecasting**:
a) Review PBF IT and function productivity initiatives monthly with IT Ops, CTO, PMO, BRMs, IT/Local Finance and align on the updates and changes
b) PBF Finance point of contact for IT budget owners and IT community, to address adhoc queries related to processes, reports, financials, reclassifications, cross charges
c) Consolidate LatAm IT financials to submit in Hyperion to Central LatAm IT Finance. This role is responsible to upload IT financials for baseline (including productivity), investments and new runs and for any adjustment during monthly forecasting process (actuals + BOY Fcst) to achieve FY target
d) Oversee financials measuring overages and highlighting financial risks
e) Define/estimate baseline figures. Analize one timer costs to avoid any overestimation in Fcst.
f) Lead responsible to Support Control initiatives that affect IT Sector budget: Smart Spend, Concur, etc.

- Business Administration, Economics, Engineer, Accounting degree required
- Power BI/Tableau knowledge is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to improve processes and generate efficiencies
- Highly analytical and strategic skills needed
- Strong understanding of reporting, accounting and control processes
- Fluent business English/Spanish both spoken and written
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with budget owners and central planning
- Capacity to work under pressure and manage expectations of Finance and IT stakeholders.
- Capacity to incorporate use of scenario analysis, predictive modeling or other techniques to understand the implications of different decision path.
